Does the villa have a private swimming pool?
Yes, a 12 × 13 ft private pool exclusively for your group, open until 10 PM. Pool use is at guest's own risk; please no food, glass or breakables in the pool.

In Waksai, Lonavala — 200 metres off NH-04, near Tiger Point and Lion Point.
How many guests can stay?
Most comfortable for 6, with up to 12 guests using extra mattresses (provided).
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in from 1:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early or late can be arranged on availability and may be chargeable.
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
50% advance to confirm; balance at check-in. A ₹5,000 refundable deposit is collected on arrival and returned after check-out if there are no damages. Advance is non-refundable on cancellation.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed inside the property.
